Toyin Ayandare is a property developer, and mentor with a strong passion for helping individuals build financial freedom through property.
Since entering the UK property market, Toyin has been actively involved in acquisitions, refurbishments, portfolio growth, and mentoring aspiring investors.
Alongside her work in property operations, she delivers structured education programmes and speaks on property investment and wealth building, helping others move from intention to execution.
Toyin combines strategic thinking with practical execution, ensuring that every project and every client journey is rooted in excellence and long-term vision.
Tobi Ayandare
Tobi Ayandare is a co-founder of Icon Range and plays a key role in the strategic growth and operational delivery of the company’s property portfolio.
With hands-on experience across acquisitions, development oversight, and asset management, Tobi focuses on ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, sustainably, and to a high standard.
His practical, systems-driven approach strengthens the foundation of the business and supports its long-term expansion.
