How our fees work

You only pay
as we deliver.

Our fees are structured in stages — you're never paying upfront for work that hasn't started. Each phase has its own fee, activated only when you decide to move forward.

Phase One
Consulting Engagement Fee
A one-time fixed fee to begin the engagement. Covers strategy work, portfolio planning and goal alignment. Paid once — to get started.

Phase Two
Property Acquisition Fee
Once a property is agreed between you and Icon Range and the acquisition process formally begins, this fee becomes due. It is collected at exchange of contracts or completion — whichever comes first. If the transaction is later aborted after the process has started, the fee remains payable. We continue working for you until the end.
