Do I need property experience?
No prior experience is required. Some members join having never purchased an investment property. Others join with existing portfolios and want to scale. What matters is commitment to taking action — not starting experience.
What if I already own property?
Several members join with existing portfolios who want to scale faster, diversify into new strategies, or gain the accountability and deal review support they've been missing. Toyin tailors 1-to-1 sessions to your specific situation regardless of starting point.
How much capital do I need?
